  • I prioritise the health and safety of my clients and staff. I have implemented the following measures to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone:

    Appointment-only visits: To manage the number of clients in our salon at any given time, we require clients to book appointments in advance. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

    Health screening: Please ensure you are not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have not been in close contact with a confirmed case in the past 14 days.

    Enhanced cleaning: The studio follows strict cleaning and disinfection protocols, with frequent cleaning of high-touch surfaces and thorough sanitisation of tools and equipment between clients.

    Contactless payment: Clients are encourage to use contactless payment options whenever possible to minimise contact with surfaces.

  • Accepted payment methods: I accept all major credit and debit cards, contactless payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay), and cash.

  • I aim to simplify the appointment booking process for our clients. To ensure efficiency and convenience, I have implemented an online booking system that makes managing your appointments easy and hassle-free.

    Bookings can also be made over the phone if necessary however due to frequently being in appointments calls may not be answered straight away. Please try booking online in the first instance.

    If you need help with booking or managing your appointment online, I will be more than happy to assist you. Just ask for guidance during your visit, and we'll ensure you're comfortable using the online booking platform.

  • I strive to maintain a punctual schedule to ensure a high-quality experience for all clients. To help achieve this, please adhere to the following guidelines if you are running late:

    On-Time arrival: This allows me start your treatment on time and provide you with the best possible service.

    Running late: If you find yourself running late, please inform us as soon as possible, either by email at pertheyebrowart@gmail.com or by phone at 0466309053. This will help us make the necessary adjustments to accommodate your appointment.

    Late arrival: Please be aware that arriving more than 10 minutes after your scheduled booking time (without notification) may result in the cancellation of your appointment. In such cases, a charge equal to the cost of your treatment(s) will be applied.

  • I understand that unexpected events can occur, making it necessary to cancel or change your appointment. To accommodate such situations, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:

    Cancellations/changes more than 48 hours in advance: You are encouraged to make any necessary changes or cancellations to your appointment with ease. If you cancel or change your appointment more than 48 hours before your scheduled start time, there will be no charge.

    Cancellations/changes within 48 hours / No-shows: If you need to cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled start time or if you do not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit any deposit paid.

  • I prioritise maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for all clients. To ensure this, I have established the following guideline regarding food consumption:

    No food in the studio: To uphold hygiene standards, I kindly request that clients refrain from consuming food and beverages inside the studio.

  • I take the well-being of our clients seriously and there are strict guidelines for providing services to individuals under the age of 16. Please adhere to the following age policy:

    Age restrictions: Individuals under the age of 16 are not permitted to receive treatments at our studio. All individuals aged between 16-18 require parental consent and a parent would need to be present during the treatment.

    Please do not bring children with you to your appointment.

    Cancellations due to non-compliance: Any bookings canceled due to non-compliance with this age policy will be non-refundable.

  • I prioritise the health and well-being of our clients. In order to provide the best possible service while taking your individual needs into account, I have established the following guideline regarding medical conditions:

    Informing us of medical conditions: When booking your appointment online, please include any relevant information about allergies or medical conditions in the notes section. This will help me better understand your needs and ensure that I can provide a safe and enjoyable experience.

  • I understand that it can be nerve wracking to undertake certain treatments and sometimes its nice to have a support person or second opinion with you. Please ensure that if this is the case you limit to 1 extra person as my studio space is small
